The 600X5B is a five-axis closed-loop stepper-driven automatic spray challengeting machine engineered specifically for small and medium automotive and motorcycle fittings. Equipped with dual independent spray applicators featuring 360-degree high-speed rotation (up to 400 RPM) combined with reciprocating motion, it achieves complete 5-side coating in a single pass. With a mesh disc feeding design, built-in fully enclosed water curtain filtration, and 10,000-program storage with USB one-click import/export, this machine delivers 2-3 times the productivity of traditional reciprocating machines while maintaining consistent quality and eco-friendly operation.
Mesh disc feeding design ensures workpieces remain stable without displacement during spraying, dramatically reducing manual workpiece arranging time. Compact footprint with built-in adsorption water curtain enables safe, eco-friendly production without requiring a costly dust-free workshop.
Five-axis precision closed-loop stepper drive with two independently controlled spray applicators. 360-degree high-speed rotation (max 400 RPM) combined with reciprocating motion finishes coating 5 sides of the workpiece in one pass, achieving 2-3x the output of traditional reciprocating machines and manual spraying.
Purpose-built for small auto/motorcycle fasteners and irregular components. Alternating forward/reverse rotation prevents small parts from being dislodged or tilted by high-speed airflow. Full 360-degree rotation thoroughly coats recesses, gaps and recessed areas with even coverage — eliminating blind spots and the need for repeated touch-up.
Each mesh disc supports up to 15KG load, compatible with the vast majority of small plastic and hardware auto/motorcycle parts. Handles plastic parts up to 5cm height, hardware up to 8cm, and maximum total workpiece height of 20cm. Ideal for mass production of diverse tiny irregular fittings.
Body available in stainless steel, aluminum or cold plate options. Fitted with HIWIN guide rails, NSK bearings, Leisai motors, Hugong power supply, Chint/Delixi/Omron electrical components, and Aideke pneumatic parts. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.2mm. Stores up to 10,000 programs with USB one-click import/export and intuitive touchscreen programming for rapid production changeover.
Fully enclosed water curtain efficiently captures challenget mist, eliminating the high investment cost of building a dust-free workshop. Model B features full stainless steel accordion mesh with side openings for easy oil residue cleaning, wastewater stored in pump for convenient maintenance, and low long-term failure rates. Total power consumption is only 0.95KW/H.
Perfectly suited for all types of small irregular auto and motorcycle plastic and metal fittings. Fixed-point spraying precisely controls the coating range, reducing over-spray and conserving challenget. Ideal for automated mass assembly line production of miniature components.
Traditional reciprocating machines use high-speed airflow that displaces small fasteners and irregular parts off position or tilts them, resulting in low yield rates.
