The 800X is a high-throughput conveyor-fed automatic spray painting production line engineered for mass-volume industrial coating. The 800X deploys two independent groups totaling 4 ManSheng Blue Guns (1.3mm nozzle), each group capable of simultaneous 360° high-speed rotation and reciprocating motion. This dual-group architecture enables:
Unlike batch-style machines, the 800X integrates a 4000mm * 1030mm * 760mm conveyor belt for uninterrupted workflow. Workpieces enter through the 1540mm * 2276mm * 1990mm spray booth and are automatically coated in transit. Effective stroke reaches L1100mm * H260mm, accommodating a wide range of part sizes with 800mm maximum coating width.
