This blister packing machine is applicable to pack the tablets, hard capsules, soft gel capsules, candies, pills into ALU/PVC, ALU/ALU or Paper/PVC packaging.
Tablet / Capsule Aluminum PVC / Alumium Alumium Blister Packing Machine Features:
1. Widely used for capsules, tablets and other related objects, as all kinds of shapes of foil (PTP) / Pharmacy PVC or Cold form Alu / foil (PTP) combined sealing packing.
2. Thermoforms Cold form Alu or Pharmacy PVC to make blisters, feeding automatically, foil (PTP) applied over blisters and heat sealed, emboss batch number, indent and die cut.
3. Convenient and fast moulds change. Adopts rail to push moulds, then lock them by handle, and disassembly needn’t tools, such as screw wrench.
4. Worm wheel Reductor. Main machine overloading protect with lower noise and stabile running.
5. Adjustable range of stroke. Can change the stroke dimension freely to suitable more kinds of products.
6. Online detection and rejection device with 99.9% rejected rate(option).
7. Double mechanical shafts with spline shaft transmission adopted to ensure synchronization stabile running.
8. Touch screen with PLC module adopted, stabile operation and easy maintenance
