Features

Adopt double-row 25 holes and 12 stations, which is stable and suitable for mass production.
Adopt RU180 with RU140 high-precision cam indexing box, ensure the stability and service life of the machine.
Improve the transmission cam of all working stations, use high-quality special steel to make inner groove wheel transmission, wear-resistant, stable operation.
Filling drive part adopt “inner cam” instead of traditional “work-rod” to increase the filling strength and make the machine run more quietly and smoothly.
Based on the benchmark of the lower plane of the measuring disc, a three-dimensional adjusting mechanism is adopted, which eliminates the natural deformation of the measuring disc and the copper cushion disc, has uniform clearance, reduces powder leakage, facilitates cleaning and guarantees the difference of loading capacity.
Adopt PLC & Touch Screen control, it can be automatically alarm and stop the machine when it is short of capsule, powder, vacuum, dust, and the door of the machine is loosened. It also adds a point control system to facilitate the humanized operation in production and cleaning.
Separate design of seeding mechanism, fully enclosed structure of seeding transmission, avoiding abnormal dropping of capsule into seeding transmission room, ensuring normal movement of seeding capsule without obstacles.
