Automatic rotation: if arm rotates more than halfway, it moves to next position; if less than halfway, it returns to current position
Built-in adjustable tensioner controls rotation force to minimize over-rotation
Configurable for bi-directional or uni-directional operation
Housing locked with special key to prevent tampering
