Automatic Tire Killer Introduction
The tire killer is an innovative security solution designed to restrict vehicular traffic to one direction only. It serves as a complete barrier for vehicles attempting unauthorized entry from the wrong direction. When approached from the correct direction, the spikes retract under the vehicle's weight. For unauthorized vehicles, the spikes remain upright, effectively damaging the wheels and incapacitating the vehicle.
Tire Killer System Components
The tire killer system consists of three main components:
  • Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features a steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing high-strength load-bearing capacity and anti-collision resistance. The internal design is free of electrical components and wiring, ensuring waterproof safety. The device is installed on driveways or designated locations to control vehicle access.
  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and full transmission components. The internal structure features no gears, no rotating belts, and requires no maintenance, ensuring stable operation and extended lifespan. This serves as the power source for the tire killer system, mounted beside the main frame. Manual operation is available during power outages.
  • Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control device for comprehensive system management.
