Product Overview
The SINOMATIC Electro-mechanical tyre killer model SN-TK01 represents one of the highest security vehicle access control systems available. Unauthorized vehicles attempting to breach security will have their tires immediately split open, stopping the vehicle within meters. The system features synchronized jaw movement and an electro drive unit positioned at one end for smooth operation and minimal environmental impact.

System Components
The tyre killer system consists of three main components:
Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. Features all-steel construction with GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capacity. Waterproof design with no internal electrical components.
Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switches, optical axis, bearings, base, and transmission components. Maintenance-free design with no gears or rotating belts. Manual operation capability during outages.
Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control, and wire control devices.
