The DKC500AC-2/DKC800AC-2 sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 500kg/800kg with sliding gate lengths under 8 meters. The drive system utilizes rack and gear transmission technology. For optimal protection and performance, this gate opener must be installed within an enclosure or protected yard area.
Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed with a level gate rail and smooth manual operation before proceeding with gate opener installation.
To guarantee reliable operation and protect against cable damage, install motor & power cables and control cables in separate PVC conduit tubes.
Prepare a concrete foundation measuring 400mm x 250mm with a depth of 200mm to securely mount the DKC500DC/DKC800DC gate opener. Verify proper distance between the gate and gate opener location before pouring concrete.
