This DC brushless barrier gate control board supports 1st to 5th generation parking barrier BLDC motors, delivering high-performance motor control for automatic parking barrier gates. It features hall effect limit switch technology that automatically recognizes open and close limit positions after power-on without manual calibration, ensuring high precision positioning and real-time motor speed detection for stable operation.
The integrated high-speed chip driver provides fast processing and large storage capacity, supporting 24V low voltage power supply and compatibility with DC24V, AC110V, and AC220V 50/60Hz global power inputs for safe, reliable operation.
Comprehensive multi-layer protection includes motor stall detection, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, short circuit protection, and built-in PTC thermistor overheat protection. Equipped with a 5-digit LED display and four-button keypad for onsite programming, parameter monitoring, and fast fault diagnosis.
Rich multi-channel digital inputs connect stop, open, and close signals, safety loop detectors, infrared photocells, and anti-collision radar. Multiple relay outputs work with flashing lights, warning lamps, and traffic light accessories. Built-in RS485 port supports remote control and intelligent parking system integration.
This mainboard supports 433MHz and 418MHz anti-copy remote control, obstacle auto-reverse, vehicle counting, anti-tailgating, fleet peak mode, and fire linkage functions. Modular layout simplifies installation and wiring.
