The SW400DC swing gate opener is designed for single leaf gates weighing less than 400kg with length not exceeding 3m. The drive mechanism uses worm and worm gear combined with screw rod transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Preparation Before Main Machine Installation
Confirm proper gate installation and smooth manual operation before installing the opener
Ensure door limit stopper effectively prevents gate from over-traveling
Maintain 40-50mm clearance between gate bottom and ground for electric lock installation
Without electric lock, maintain 20mm clearance between gate bottom and ground
Ensure reliable fixed points for mounting brackets
