Fully Automated Air Coil Winding Machine High Consistency For RFID Coils
Product Overview
A self-contained fully automated system designed for winding self-supporting air coils using wire coated with thermoplastic adhesive. The wire is heated by the hot air supply during winding onto the coil, with the turns bonded together by the adhesive. Once completed, the finished coil is extracted from the tooling and automatically ejected from the machine.

Applications
For winding self-supporting coils using thermo-plastic coated wire. The wire is heated using hot air as it is wound onto a former, bonding the turns together. At the end of the cycle, the former is then removed and the finished coil ejected from the machine. Typical products include RFID coils, laser heads, voice coils, magnet coils, sensor coils, vibrator coils, and pancake motor coils.

Complete training could be scheduled upon Factory acceptance in Taiwan or Site Acceptance in your factory.
Will XINGTE provide a 2D/3D drawing of the machine?
We can provide the 2D PDF drawing of tooling and contact parts, but not structure or complete machine drawings.
After buying an individual machine, can we upgrade and integrate it into an automatic machine line in the future?
If there's a possibility of developing into an automatic machine line in the future, it has to be planned from the beginning. Space for structure has to be reserved so that it can be joined with other machines.
Can we use the consumable parts that have the same specification but a different brand from local?
It can only be used with the consent of XINGTE. If you use parts of different brands without approval, XINGTE will not be responsible.
