XT-02D Highly Automated Stator Winding Machine from China Factory for Motor Massive Manufacturing
Multiple workstations are available, suitable for model motors, many types of car motors, rotating transformers, fan stators, and other types of external stator winding.
The fully automatic Stator Winding Machine is PLC-controlled. The X, Y, Z, and S axes work together for terminal winding and wire passing, while the S, Z, and X axes collaborate for automatic winding and cable arrangement.
The standard setup positions the thread and its end on the same side, with an optional 45° mechanism for accommodating the thread head, end, and opposite side of the stator. You can directly wrap the thread head and tail on the terminal or leave them. Switching products only requires replacing the part seat and loading the relevant program. This machine is suitable for single-slot stator internal winding products and offers optional safety grating, pneumatic scissors, servo tension system, and more.
