XT-CH001S is a fully automatic toroidal coil winding machine for various Doughnut shape cores. It is the most versatile machine for wire diameters from 0.2-2.2mm, stable and durable.

Working Principle
The winding process involves mounting the coil former, feeding wire through the guide system, rotating the winding head with precise traverse motion, and continuing until the desired number of turns is achieved. The completed coil is then ready for further processing.
