Application Technology
Winding Technology: Precision winding with double forks; wire clamps and scissors integrated on the Y and Z axes, rotating around the Z axis to achieve headless winding
Increased load during the aging process: To reduce the failure rate of aging and improve the yield rate of motor performance, the load is increased during the aging process.
Commutator Turning Technology: Commutator turning, forward and reverse turning of the commutator, ensuring a commutator roundness of 2.5µm, surface finish of RA0.4 µm, and diameter tolerance of ±0.005mm.
Resistance welding technology: The rotor spot welding machine uses imported welding power supplies to monitor the current during the welding process; the follow-up mechanism is equipped with pressure and displacement sensors to monitor pressure and displacement during the welding process.
