Product Details
The DS3820PSCB1C1B fits into GE’s Mark IV series as a power supply. GE’s MKIV is built to manage gas and steam turbine systems and can automate some procedures like control sequencing, temperature control, and startup. It can also monitor and protect the turbine system from ongoing issues like loss of flame, fire, and vibration.
The DS3820PSCB1C1B has been rated as a +5V, +/-15V supply. The module is built into a metal housing and uses several DS3800 PCBs with some added components. The top of the housing has one 4-pin female jack, one fuse, and one circuit breaker. Most boards used in the DS3820PSCB1C1B are mounted inside the frame, but the DS3800XTFP is mounted by screws to one outside wall. This PCB has one 6-pin header and eight 12-pin (female) connectors.
The DS3820PSCB1C1B is drilled to allow for the mounting of components. The frame is open in several locations (top, three sides,) to allow access to components and to dissipate heat using air circulation. Screw mounts and slots are cut into the frame’s flanges for additional mounting options.
