This product is specifically designed for the front bumper system of the BYD Qin PLUS Gen2 Intelligent Driving Edition (2025 model and subsequent facelift models). It is a critical structural support component connecting the front bumper to the body side panel (fender)—the front bumper bracket assembly. The bracket is typically used in pairs (left and right), installed on the inner sides of the front bumper, securing the bumper to the body with bolts. This ensures the bumper is firmly mounted with uniform gaps, provides cushioning and support during minor collisions, prevents bumper sagging or misalignment, and protects core components such as headlights and radiators from direct impact.
In February 2025, the second-generation Qin PLUS Intelligent Driving Edition was officially launched, featuring comprehensive upgrades in exterior, intelligent driving, and intelligent cockpit. Except for the entry-level model, the remaining five models are equipped with the "God's Eye" C-Advanced Intelligent Driving Trimocular Edition (DiPilot 100), adopting a 5R12V solution with 29 high-precision intelligent driving sensors. In terms of dimensions, the DM-i Intelligent Driving Edition measures 4780mm × 1837mm × 1515mm with a wheelbase of 2718mm; the EV Intelligent Driving Edition has an increased length of 4795mm with the same wheelbase. The increase in length and height means the contour dimensions and mounting hole positions of the front bumper bracket must be precisely adapted to the new vehicle body data.
