Installation Steps (General Reference):
Clean roof surface: Ensure roof is clean and free of debris and dust
Install crossbars: Using factory roof rail side rails, secure crossbars with hex wrench, adjust length to vehicle dimensions, ensure both ends are securely clamped to the side rails
Position roof box: Place roof box on crossbars, adjust to optimal position
Secure roof box: Use included screws and fasteners to connect box to crossbars, check stability and levelness, ensure even tightening to prevent looseness or imbalance
Final inspection: Check entire assembly for stability, no shaking or abnormal noise

Garage height clearance: Formula Leopard 5 height is 1920mm—after roof box installation, total height increases, 2m height-limited garages may be inaccessible. Measure actual total height before installation
Dynamic load limit: Static load capacity can reach 400kg, but dynamic load capacity is lower—plan loading weight accordingly
Wind noise management: Wind noise increases after installation—noticeable above 120km/h—removal recommended for non-long-distance use
