Installation Instructions

Tools Required:

•  Plastic trim removal tool

•  Phillips screwdriver / Socket wrench

•  Torque wrench

•  Cleaning cloth

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal

2. Remove front bumper/grille: Depending on the model, remove front bumper or grille to access headlamp assembly

3. Remove headlamp mounting screws: Remove screws securing the headlamp assembly (typically 3-4 screws)

4. Disconnect electrical connectors: Unplug the harness connectors from the headlamp assembly

5. Remove old lamp assembly: Carefully remove the old front headlamp assembly

6. Compare & confirm: Verify new part matches old in left/right orientation and connector type

7. Install new lamp assembly: Position the new front headlamp assembly—align with mounting holes

8. Tighten mounting screws: Install and tighten screws to specified torque

9. Connect harness: Reconnect headlamp harness connectors—ensure secure connection

10. Reinstall bumper/grille: Reinstall front bumper or grille

11. Reconnect & test: Reconnect battery, start vehicle—test all lighting functions
