1. What information should let you know if i want to get a quotation?
A:To get a quotation, pls let us know the exact part name, part number, quantity,quality level and trade terms
like EXW, FOB and so on. More details if provided will help.
2. How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A: For regular models, generally we have ready samples to be sent out at the earliest time(About 5-10 days).
As for mass production, it completely depends on customers’order qty (About 30-40 days).
3. Does the crankshaft have a surface treatment ?
A: Yes .
Crankshaft heat treatment is the key technology to enhance the surface treatment.
Our crankshaft surface treatment method has Nitriding and Quench .
Crankshaft surface hardness:
Casting iron hardness: HRC48-52
Forging steel hardness: HRC52-58
4. Can you make customer brand box and engrave brand on crankshaft body ?
A: Yes .
Customer's own brand box and engrave brand on crankshaft body is accepted .
1.Box production moq is 50pcs. Delivery time is different as have to do special packaging , about a week more.
2. Your Own Brand registration and Brand Use Authorization will be required .
5. Can you develop crankshaft according to our sample and drawings ?
A: Yes.
The new product development process as below.
1. You provide the crankshaft samples/ drawings , or crankshaft length , main Journal, Con-rod Journal , Stroke, OE number and parts applicable vehicle details;
2. Annual demand is required .
3. Development term : 90 days .
