Scope of application: advertising paint is used for advertising spray painting, advertising words, various LED light strips, indoor / outdoor advertising signs of advertising light boxes, advertising signs, etc
Base material treatment and construction requirements
1. The base material must be cleaned to ensure no oil, embroidery and dust. Pickling, phosphating or solvent cleaning with white electric oil can be used.
2. A layer of antirust primer shall be applied to special base materials first. It shall be noted that the strong solvent top coat shall not be applied with weak solvent primer, and the top coat shall be applied after the primer is dry, otherwise the bottom may be undercut. Better use our primer
3. The construction viscosity is generally 16-22 seconds (4 cups). Viscosity is too low and easy to hang, not easy to cover; high, flow adjustment, wrinkles, and even blisters and pockmarks.
4. The air pressure should be kept at 0.5p8-0.8pa to ensure the good atomization of the paint mist, so as to avoid the occurrence of oil discharge and color floating, and the distance should be 25-30cm
5. When spraying, thin spraying shall be carried out for several times, and the last spraying thickness shall be carried out in the order of first up, then down, first secondary surface, then main visual surface, first inside and then outside. If the thickness is too thin, there is little film material and no leveling space, so that the film is rough and out of light
Note: the paint must be used up within 4 hours after curing

Take by mistake: drink enough warm water, do not induce vomiting for comatose person, and see a doctor immediately 3. Skin contact: take off the contaminated clothes, wipe the pollutants and wash the eyes with a large amount of flowing water and soapy water or special detergent. Contact: wash the eyes with flowing water for 15 seconds. If you still feel irritation, see a doctor. |
