Short Description
ZUIKON full timing chain kit fits Buick Encore 1.4T LUJ LUV LFF engine. Include timing chain, tensioner, guides and sprockets. Solve cold start rattle, chain stretch, check engine light. High strength alloy steel, direct OEM replacement, stable quality, competitive price and fast delivery for aftermarket repair shop.
ZUIKON complete timing chain repair kit is specially engineered for Buick Encore 1.4T turbo Ecotec engine, compatible with engine code LUJ, LUV, LFF, covering model years 2013‑2016. This is a full overhaul set containing all wear‑prone timing system components for one‑time complete repair, avoiding repeated disassembly caused by partial‑part replacement.
All metal components adopt high‑strength alloy steel, processed through multiple precise heat‑treatment procedures including quenching and tempering. The chain links feature high‑precision grinding to enhance surface hardness, delivering outstanding wear‑resistance, impact resistance and anti‑fatigue performance under high‑temperature engine operating environment. The hydraulic tensioner adopts improved internal structure to keep stable chain pressure; guide rails and sliding shoes are made of reinforced anti‑abrasive composite material, effectively resisting high‑speed friction and thermal aging deformation.
This kit solves typical failure problems widely seen on this 1.4T Ecotec power unit: obvious rattling or clattering noise during cold start, noise gradually fading after engine warm‑up, timing chain elongation, guide rail wear and chipping, timing offset, jump‑tooth risk, rough idle, engine acceleration weakness, increased fuel consumption, misfire, as well as check‑engine‑light alarm triggered by fault codes P0016, P0017. Timing system failure, if left unrepaired, may lead to valve‑piston collision and permanent catastrophic engine damage, so full‑kit replacement is strongly recommended for high‑mileage vehicles.
Cross reference OEM numbers: 55562234, 55569748, 55353997, 55353999, 55562235.
Direct OEM replacement, no extra modification required, perfect dimensional match for original mounting position. Every batch undergoes strict sampling inspection for size tolerance, material hardness and assembling test before delivery. Supported by our factory stable production capacity, we supply high‑quality aftermarket parts with competitive price and fast lead time. Suitable for auto repair workshops, auto parts distributors and wholesale buyers all over the world.
