Fundamental Operating Principle
Film Transport Mechanism
Upon unwinding the roll film through the guide roller, the servo drive system precisely moves it, guaranteeing a tension control precision of ±0.5.
A photoelectric sensor monitors the color mark, automatically correcting any stretching errors in the printed material with an accuracy of ±0.3mm.
Formation and Filling Stage
The former molds the film to form a cylindrical structure for housing the product.
A synchronized conveyor gently ushers the product into the film cylinder with a speed deviation of under 1%.
Heat Sealing and Cutting Unit
The vertical sealing device maintains a consistent temperature (adjustable within the range of 150 to 200℃) to ensure a sealing strength of ≥4N/15mm.
The horizontal sealing cutter is equipped with dual temperature and pressure adjustments, facilitating simultaneous cutting and end sealing.
