The Servo Zipper Pouch Packing Machine represents the latest generation of pre-made bag packaging equipment, featuring independent servo motors for bag feeding, opening, filling, and sealing. This model is CE certified and meets stringent European safety and hygiene directives, making it suitable for export to regulated markets.
Why Servo Drive Matters:
Unlike conventional machines that rely on mechanical cams and clutches, our servo-driven system allows each station to operate independently. Bag grippers move smoothly with programmable acceleration curves, reducing mechanical stress and noise. The result is longer machine life, quieter operation, and the ability to run thin or delicate bag materials without tearing.
Zipper-Specific Engineering:
The pre-opening station uses spring-loaded suction cups to separate the pouch front and back layers before the zipper opener engages. A specially designed zipper comb mechanism slides into the zipper track to spread it fully open, ensuring consistent filling without product sticking to the zipper area. The sealing jaw is shaped to apply heat only to the bag body above the zipper, never sealing over the zipper teeth, which preserves the reclosable function.
Material Compatibility:
This machine handles a wide range of laminated films including PET/AL/PE for foil-based coffee bags, PET/VMPET/PE for metalized barrier bags, Kraft paper/PE for eco-friendly options, and transparent PET/PE for bakery and snack displays.
