Rotary Design Advantage:
The rotary indexing system provides smooth, continuous pouch transport through all processing stations — bag feeding, coding, opening, filling, sealing, and output. This design enables higher packing speeds of 16-60 bags per minute while maintaining accurate pouch positioning at each station. The precision indexing mechanism ensures reliable operation even at maximum speed, with minimal wear and maintenance requirements.
Advanced Sealing Technology:
The machine features multi-step hot and cold sealing bars operating in parallel. The hot sealing process ensures strong, leak-proof seals, while the cold sealing stage cools the seal to set it properly, preventing deformation during downstream handling. Temperature is precisely controlled via PLC, ensuring consistent sealing quality across different pouch materials and thicknesses. This dual-stage sealing approach delivers superior seal integrity compared to single-step systems, particularly important for liquid and sauce products
