This design enables customers to start with a basic filling-sealing line and expand to full automation as production demands grow, protecting initial capital investment while offering scalability.
Performance & Throughput: Operating at speeds of 40–120 cycles per minute (depending on product characteristics and pouch size), the line delivers consistent output with filling accuracy of ±0.5–1% for powders, ±1–2 grams for granules, and ±1% for liquids. The integrated checkweigher provides real-time feedback to the filling system, automatically adjusting fill parameters to maintain target weights and minimize product giveaway. Rejected pouches are automatically diverted to a separate collection bin for manual inspection or rework.
Quality Control & Traceability: The line incorporates multiple quality assurance checkpoints: bag opening detection (rejecting unopened or mis-opened pouches), seal integrity monitoring (temperature and pressure sensors on each sealing jaw), vision inspection for coding and label placement, and metal detection.
