Powder Filling Module: For powder applications (flour, starch, protein isolates, spices), the machine is equipped with a closed-loop auger filling system that minimizes airborne dust. A specialized dust extraction port connects to your facility’s ventilation system, while a bag-inflating device ensures that the pouch is fully opened before powder enters, preventing powder from adhering to seal surfaces. The result is a clean, dust-free work environment and consistently strong seals that prevent leakage during storage and transport.
Liquid Filling Module: For liquid and sauce applications (fruit juices, syrups, condiments, viscous sauces), the machine features a sanitary rotary piston pump with an anti-drip nozzle that cuts off flow cleanly after each cycle. The nozzle is equipped with a purge function that clears residual product before the pouch moves to the sealing station, ensuring that no liquid contaminates the seal area. The filling accuracy for liquids is ±1% of target volume, suitable for both free-flowing and viscous products.
Versatility & Maintenance: The machine supports quick-change filling heads, allowing operators to swap between powder augers and liquid pumps in under 15 minutes. All wetted parts are designed for tool-less disassembly and cleaning, supporting CIP (Clean-in-Place) functionality for sanitary operations. With a compact footprint (2.5m × 1.8m) and a modular design, this machine fits seamlessly into new or existing production lines.
