The stand-up pouch and zipper bag packaging machine is specifically designed for stand-up pouches with or without resealable zippers, performing automatic bag picking, zipper opening, air inflation, filling, zipper sealing, and finished bag shaping and discharge. This machine is ideal for products that require repeated opening and closing, including snack foods, dried fruit, nuts, chocolate, candy, pet treats, liquid detergents, hand soap, and more.
The machine features a fully mechanical servo-driven transmission system for smooth operation and precise positioning, delivering strong, flat, and attractive zipper seals. The filling system is flexibly configurable based on material type — screw auger fillers for powders, cup or electronic weighing fillers for granules, piston pumps for liquids, and multi-head combination weighers for snack pieces, meeting diverse product packaging needs. The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel with polished interior and exterior surfaces for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Standard features include automatic detection functions such as empty bag rejection, no-bag-no-fill, automatic temperature control for sealing, and low-pressure alarm shutdown, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Packaging speed ranges from 20 to 60 bags per minute, with customization available to meet specific capacity requirements.
