Our automatic zipper stand-up bag packaging machine is specifically engineered for pre-made pouch filling and sealing applications. This fully automated system completes the entire packaging process—from bag picking, opening, and bottom spreading to metered filling, air exhausting, heat sealing (with optional secondary sealing), and finished product output.
The machine accommodates a wide range of bag types including stand-up pouches, three-side seal bags, four-side seal bags, zipper bags, and special-shaped pouches. It is ideal for packaging snacks, nuts, confectionery, coffee powder, milk powder, liquid detergents, sauces, and pharmaceutical granules across food, cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Key components are sourced from internationally recognized brands. The system is equipped with a PLC control system and a color touchscreen interface for intuitive operation. An automatic detection feature prevents filling when no bag is present or when the bag fails to open, significantly reducing material waste.
The high-speed rotary multi-station turret design is available in 8-station or 10-station configurations, delivering packaging speeds of 35 to 55 bags per minute. The machine supports bag sizes ranging from 80mm to 210mm in width and 100mm to 450mm in length, with a filling range of 5g to 2500g, offering exceptional versatility for diverse production requirements.
The entire machine is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, fully compliant with international food hygiene standards. An integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system simplifies daily maintenance. Optional features include zipper sealing, spout pouch handling, and gas flushing for extended shelf life.
