Unlike VFFS machines that form bags from roll film, our system works with pre-made pouches — including stand-up bags, flat bags, and zipper bags. This means cleaner seals, no product jamming in forming tubes, and perfect pouch presentation for retail shelves.
The machine supports volumetric cup filling for nuts, ensuring consistent weight without crushing delicate kernels. Changeover from one nut type to another takes less than 10 minutes, making it ideal for co-packers and mid-size nut roasteries.
A key feature for nut packaging is the optional nitrogen flush system. It removes oxygen from the pouch before sealing, significantly extending shelf life and preventing rancidity. The zipper closure option also allows end consumers to reseal the bag, keeping nuts fresh longer.
