Potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese balls, and other expanded snacks require careful handling to avoid breakage and maintain crispiness. Our stand-up pouch packaging machine is specifically designed for fragile snack products, filling them into premade pouches with zero drops or crushing.
Unlike traditional vertical baggers that drop chips from a height, our system uses a low-drop filler combined with a gentle product bucket. Chips fall less than 10cm into the pouch, significantly reducing breakage compared to standard VFFS machines.
