This fully automatic stand-up zipper pouch packing machine is tailor-made for small and medium-sized food processing factories, perfectly matching the demand for small scale stand up pouch packing machine for SME food production. The whole process from pre-made pouch feeding, pouch opening, material filling, exhaust heat sealing to finished product output requires no manual intervention, and only 1 operator is needed to guard the entire line, cutting down labor cost significantly for low manpower packaging equipment for small food plant. The machine supports packaging requirements for multiple forms of materials such as nut snacks, sauce liquids, grain granules, seasoning powders, etc. With modular filling components, it only takes 15 minutes to complete component switching when changing different materials, realizing quick changeover multi-product pouch packaging system. The body is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, which automatically stop and alarm when material level is low or pouch position is offset, avoiding equipment idling loss and material waste. The whole machine runs with noise below 75dB, adapting to silent workshop production requirements. The packaging speed can be freely adjusted in the range of 20-60 pouches per minute, and it can seamlessly connect with the front-end material processing line and back-end cartoning equipment, helping small and medium-sized factories quickly build an automated packaging section and greatly improve production efficiency.
