1. The flywheel of ORIGIN PARDS produced depending on the drawing of original factory to ensure the mounting position, induction hole, ignition position correctly due to we use high-precision CNC machine.
2. In order to enhance the flywheel’s heat-resistant,hard-wearing,stable performance,we add the calculated trace chemical elements such as Carbon, nickel, zinc, and so on.
3. The flywheel is stable in operation because using high - precision infrared equipment testing and dynamic balance debugging.
4. Using special anti-rust coating it is no easy to rust in transportation and storage.
5. Compared with the partial heating, the whole heating is more stable and flywheel ring is not easy to loose due to the gear ring is installed by the whole heating and then embedded in the flywheel cooling to tighten.
6. The early 4HF1 4HG1 flywheel poilt bearing hole is 40m , but the lastest 4HF1 4HG1 flywheel poilt bearing hole is 52mm . This is because the transmission have change to new model .
