Molded according to F4J16 engine original data, wiring plug pin definition and air pipe caliber fully match OEM parts. No wiring modification or pipe cutting required during replacement, accurate assembly without air leakage.
Adopts high-sensitivity electromagnetic coil with stable pulse response. Accurately adjust gas flow rate according to ECU signal, reasonably release fuel vapor stored in carbon canister into intake manifold for secondary combustion, effectively reduce vehicle fuel consumption and hydrocarbon exhaust emission.
Whole valve body adopts integrated injection sealing technology, reach IP65 protection grade. Block dust, rainwater and oil mist from invading internal coil, avoid intermittent valve jamming and engine fault light alarm caused by liquid infiltration.
Air inlet and outlet nozzles use modified high-temperature plastic material, resistant to aging and thermal deformation. Maintain tight connection with rubber hose under long-term engine high temperature environment, prevent pipeline falling off and air leakage.
Built-in reinforced positioning buckle structure, firmly lock the valve on vehicle pipeline support. Reduce resonance vibration generated during vehicle driving, avoid loose connection and abnormal gas flow after long mileage use.
Coil, valve spool, sealing housing and plug are pre-integrated as one unit. One-step maintenance replacement without extra auxiliary pipeline accessories.
