Adopts precision helical reduction gear set paired with thick copper armature winding. Output stable high cranking torque with low current draw, delivers reliable cold startup even under low-temperature, high-compression engine conditions. Effectively eliminate slow cranking and startup failure in winter.
The electromagnetic switch adopts full encapsulation waterproof design. Block engine oil vapor, dust and splashing water from invading internal coils, avoid contact ablation and intermittent starting faults after long-term engine compartment operation.
The starter pinion undergoes integral quenching hardening treatment, with high surface hardness and strong anti-abrasion capacity. Smooth meshing with flywheel ring gear, reduce gear impact noise and extend service life without tooth breakage.
Armature and field coils are wrapped with multi-layer heat-resistant insulating paint, withstand long-term high temperature radiation inside engine bay. Prevent coil short-circuit and burnout caused by aging insulation.
Starter motor, solenoid and mounting flange are pre-assembled as one whole unit. Complete one-step maintenance replacement without separate matching of electrical and mechanical accessories.
