This system uses helium injection at controlled pressure to detect microscopic leaks through a handheld sniffer probe that precisely identifies leakage locations.

The system operates by injecting helium into test objects at controlled pressure. Due to helium's extremely small molecule size and chemical inertness, it escapes through even the tiniest leak paths. When leaks exist, helium migrates outside the product surface and is detected by the handheld sniffer probe, providing precise leak location identification.
