The 250 PSI 2 Stations H₂ & N₂ Detection System with Leak Test Facility is a highly specialized equipment designed for accurate detection of hydrogen and nitrogen leaks. It has specific installation requirements and unique product parameters.
Mainframe Power Supply: It requires a single-phase 220VAC power supply with a power consumption of 5KW. An air switch is needed, which should be installed at a height of ≥1.5M from the ground and within a distance of ≤2M from the equipment mainframe.
Air Source:
Hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas: At least 1 bottle of 40 liters 1740 psi hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas is required, along with a pressure reducing valve capable of reducing the pressure to >87 psi.
High-purity nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a pressure reducing valve >29 psi.
Compressed air: Clean compressed air with a pressure of ≥79.75 psi and a 1/2″ ball valve. The air source interface should be within a distance of ≤1M from the machine placement position.
Others: An outdoor exhaust pipeline with a diameter of ≥3/4″ is necessary, and its interface should be within a distance of ≤1M from the machine placement position.
