HJ-01 Automobile Engine Inverter Cover Helium Leak Detection Equipment is a professional IEC Test Equipment. This equipment focuses on leak detection of automobile engine inverter covers. The operator only needs to connect the workpiece to the fixture. After the vacuum box door is closed, the system can automatically complete the procedures of large leak detection, vacuuming, helium filling, micro leak detection, helium recovery, automatic helium clearing function of the system, etc., with fast production cycle and high leak detection accuracy.

The system has a remote maintenance function, and abnormalities in the equipment can be solved remotely.The system adopts process automation technology, combining process equipment with electrical automatic control technology.
The PLC and touch screen automatically control the entire workpiece detection process. The operator does not need to judge the results of each process. The PLC program automatically judges the results of the previous step and completes the execution of the next step according to the preset conditions.
The system has a unique background removal technology. After each leak detection process is completed, pure nitrogen is automatically filled into the leak detection fixture to remove the helium background left in the previous leak detection cycle. There is no need to run the empty box to remove the background.
Automatic calibration of the leak detector: There is a standard leak hole inside the helium leak detector, which has an automatic calibration function. The sensitivity and accuracy of the leak detector can be calibrated at any time according to needs.
