1. The operator places the products on the conveyor belt.
2. The loading manipulator grabs the bottles from the feeding conveyor belt, automatically rotates 90 degrees, and places them into the silk-screen fixture.
3. The silk-screen fixture adopts full front-and-back clamping to ensure accurate positioning, with no shaking or displacement during the silk-screening process.
4. The turntable drive mainly uses the high-precision servo turntable from Goizper (Spain), which precisely divides the index and allocates the movement sequence of each mechanism to make the machine operate more efficiently and safely.
5. During the silk-screening process, the lateral speed of the silk-screen plate matches the circular motion speed of the bottle, ensuring that the silk-screen pattern is free from stretching and contraction.
6. Before the silk-screening station, surface treatment is performed by a high-voltage electrostatic dust remover with a dust suction system, ensuring stable printing quality and reducing printing defects caused by dust.
7. Both the silk-screening mechanism and the printing knife mechanism are driven by precision cylinders to ensure printing quality.
8. The operator places the product on the loading conveyor belt; the manipulator clamps the product into the fixture. The turntable rotates, followed by electrostatic treatment, printing, LED curing (repeated for 3-color printing), and finally the manipulator takes the product and places it on the discharging conveyor belt for the operator to remove.
