This is a non-standard customized machine, such as the automatic screen printing machine for micro-regulators. It can use LED UV eco-friendly ink.

The machine adopts Panasonic PLC control system, Omron electric components, SMC solenoid valves, Taiwan TEXCO high-precision divider, Italian motor, full mechanical transmission system and mechanical pre-positioning system.

It features high printing speed, stable and reliable quality, and convenient & fast debugging.

1. The operator pours products into the hoister, and automatic material sorting is realized (vibrating bowl for packaging).
2. Equipped with product direction detection system and automatic product reversing function.
3. The manipulator push rod automatically loads products onto the fixture rods.
4. Dual positioning system: mechanical pre-positioning (1st stage) + printing precise positioning (2nd stage), achieving high-precision positioning.
5. The turntable drive mainly combines a divider with an encoder, realizing accurate indexing and coordinating the motion sequence of each mechanism, making the machine run more stably, efficiently and safely.
6. LED UV curing system, eco-friendly, energy-saving and power-efficient.
7. After screen printing, the manipulator automatically unloads products and places them on the output conveyor belt.
