Dual Purpose Semi Automatic Hot Stamping Machine PLC Control For Flat Round

This series is designed for flat and round dual-purpose hot stamping. When processing products of different sizes, only the tube position needs to be changed, featuring strong applicability. Equipped with PLC control and touch screen operation interface, the workbench is driven by a hydropneumatic combined cylinder for more even and attractive stamping results.

Stamping pressure, temperature and time are fully adjustable based on product requirements. The bronzing paper is retracted by a combination of motor and photoelectric induction, effectively ensuring precision. The corresponding model can be selected according to product specifications; the stroke is adjustable via a handle, the stamping plate is easy to replace, and the adjustable cylinder supports fine-tuning and calibration.
