• Reservoir (expansion tank) hose: Connecting the expansion tank to the cooling system, this hose balances system pressure and replenishes coolant. One end attaches to the reservoir, the other to the radiator or pump vicinity, requiring resistance to coolant and moderate vacuum pressure.
