Remanufactured 7DCT220 Transmission Valve Body 1701410A6K for BESTUNE T77

This remanufactured hydraulic valve body matches 7DCT220 7-speed dry dual clutch transmission for BESTUNE T77 and HONGQI H5 1.2L vehicles, full OE part numbers: 1701410A6K, 1701410A6KA, 1710410A6KXX.

The valve body is the core hydraulic control component of dry DCT gearbox. Clogged oil galleries, worn valve spools, aging separator plates and faulty solenoids will trigger gear hunting, harsh jerk during shift, gear slipping, no power output and transmission fault codes. Our valve body goes through full disassembly, multi-stage ultrasonic carbon cleaning, solenoid replacement, spool reconditioning and full-cycle hydraulic bench testing, direct plug-and-play replacement for Chinese domestic & export vehicle transmission overhaul.

Warm Reminder: This valve body only fits 1.2L models equipped with 7DCT220 dry DCT, not interchangeable with wet DCT or other displacement 7DCT series gearboxes. Send full 17-digit VIN code for free compatibility verification before bulk orders to avoid mismatching losses.

1. Core Sorting & Full Disassembly: Screen intact aluminum valve plates, discard cracked, severely scratched or deformed valve bodies;
2. Multi-Stage Ultrasonic Deep Cleaning: Remove carbon sludge, metal abrasive debris and residual deteriorated transmission fluid inside all oil passages and solenoid cavities;
3. Precision Spool Polishing & Matching: Grind worn valve spools, replace aging separator plates, gaskets and all sealing consumables with OEM-standard new accessories;
4. Full Solenoid Replacement: Install brand-new original-spec pressure control, shift and clutch control solenoids;
5. Standardized Assembly & Clearance Calibration: Assemble all hydraulic parts with fixed torque and pre-set hydraulic clearances;
6. Full-Cycle Hydraulic Bench Test: Simulate full vehicle upshift, downshift, creep and clutch engagement working conditions to eliminate pressure leakage, jerk and slipping risks;
7. Export Shockproof Packing: Each valve body wrapped with anti-rust plastic film + thick shock-absorbing foam + independent export carton, prevent aluminum plate bending and solenoid plug damage during long sea or land transportation.

• 1:1 OEM Oil Channel Layout, Direct Plug-and-Play Installation

All oil port layout, solenoid connector pins and fixing bolt hole positions fully consistent with original OE valve body, no wiring modification or oil pipe adjustment required during vehicle repair.

• All Brand-New Solenoids & Sealing Consumables Pre-Installed

All shift solenoids, clutch pressure solenoids, separator plates and rubber gaskets are fully replaced new. Repair shops do not need to reuse old small accessories, drastically shorten overhaul labor hours.

• Complete Carbon Removal + Precision Spool Restoration

Thoroughly clear carbon deposits blocking oil galleries and rework worn spools, fundamentally solve common dry DCT faults like shift jerk, gear hunting and clutch shudder.

• 100% Full Hydraulic Cycle Bench Testing Before Shipment

Every finished valve body passes continuous full-load shift cycle testing, effectively reduce after-sales failure rate for your Chinese auto spare parts wholesale business.

• Flexible Wholesale & Customization Support

1 piece minimum trial order, tiered volume discount for bulk purchase, neutral blank carton packaging and private brand/OE number printing service available.

1. Lift the vehicle and fully drain original dry DCT transmission fluid, remove gearbox lower oil pan and filter;
2. Disconnect all solenoid wiring harness plugs, unfasten valve body fixing bolts, separate the old valve body from transmission housing;
3. Clean the internal mounting plane of gearbox, wipe metal sludge and residual old sealant completely;
4. Install new 7DCT220 valve body evenly, align all oil passages and tighten fixing bolts according to factory torque specification;
5. Reconnect solenoid wiring harness, install new transmission filter and oil pan gasket, refill dedicated dry dual clutch ATF, clear ECU fault codes and conduct full road test to confirm smooth shifting without slipping or abnormal shudder.
