GA6F21AW TF-72SC Transmission Valve Body Mechatronic Unit for Ford Lincoln 6

This remanufactured GA6F21AW / TF-72SC integrated mechatronic valve body fits Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with 6-speed automatic transmission. It is the core hydraulic & electronic control assembly of TF72SC gearbox.

Long-term operation often causes solenoid aging, internal valve plunger wear, sludge blockage inside oil channels, which triggers gear shock, slipping, failure to shift, transmission fault warning and power interruption. Our remanufactured valve body goes through complete disassembly, deep cleaning, renewal of all wearing parts and full hydraulic bench calibration. Direct plug-and-play installation for repair shops.

Warm Reminder: This TF72SC mechatronic valve body only matches vehicles equipped with original GA6F21AW / TF-72SC 6-speed gearbox. It cannot interchange with other 6-speed models such as 6F35. Please send your complete 17-digit VIN code before bulk orders for free compatibility check to avoid mismatching loss.

1. Raw Housing Screening: All recovered aluminum housings go through penetration crack detection; deformed, cracked housings are eliminated directly.
2. Complete Disassembly & Deep Cleaning: Dismantle every component, remove carbon sludge and metal debris inside all oil passages via high-pressure cleaning.
3. Wearing Parts Renewal: Replace all solenoids, sealing rings, plungers and filter screens with brand-new matched spare parts.
4. Standardized Assembly: Assemble components with unified torque standards to prevent assembly clearance deviation.
5. Full Hydraulic Bench Calibration: Simulate creep, acceleration, shifting and heavy load working conditions to calibrate hydraulic pressure and shift logic.
6. Final Electrical Circuit Inspection: Test solenoid signal conduction, ensure no short circuit or open circuit.
7. Export Shockproof Packing: Anti-rust film + customized EPE foam + neutral carton, protect precision parts during long sea and air transport.

• Complete Remanufacturing Solution, Not Simple Cleaning

We replace all vulnerable internal parts instead of merely washing the housing. Effectively solve most common TF72SC gearbox faults and extend service life.

• 1:1 OEM Structure, Plug & Play

The outline, oil port layout and wiring connector position are fully consistent with original mechatronic unit. No modification required during replacement, greatly shorten vehicle overhaul time.

• 100% Bench Test Before Shipment, Low After-sales Rate

Every finished valve body passes repeated cycle pressure testing to stabilize shift hydraulic pressure. Adapt to high-temperature and bumpy road conditions in overseas markets.

• Integrated Mechatronic Assembly

Hydraulic valve body + electronic solenoid module integrated as one set. No extra matching parts needed for installation.

• Flexible Wholesale Support

1 unit minimum trial order. Tiered discount for bulk orders. Neutral blank carton and custom label printing available. Negotiable warranty terms for long-term cooperative distributors.

1. Lift vehicle, fully drain original transmission fluid, remove oil pan and internal filter.
2. Disconnect the mechatronic wiring harness plug, remove fixing bolts and take out the whole valve body assembly.
3. Thoroughly clean the transmission mounting surface, wipe residual oil sludge and old sealant.
4. Install new TF-72SC valve body, tighten bolts following factory torque specification and reconnect all wiring plugs.
5. Install new oil pan gasket, refill specified ATF fluid, clear ECU fault codes and carry out road test to verify smooth shifting without alarm.
