| High Light | Rebuilt VT5 CVT Transmission for Mini 1.5T ，Remanufactured CVT gearbox with OE parts ，BMW compact car CVT transmission replacement | ||
Remanufactured VT5 CVT automatic transmission serves as direct replacement solution for failed original factory gearbox on Mini and BMW compact models. Compared with second‑hand used junkyard gearbox, our remanufactured unit goes through strict component screening, mandatory worn‑parts replacement and full dynamometer simulation test, greatly lowering on‑vehicle failure risk after repair. Suitable for local repair shops, auto parts retailers for vehicle overhaul projects.
Reminder: Some vehicles have factory software recalibration, even hardware matches, post‑installation TCU adaptive learning is mandatory.
All units are fully disassembled instead of simple external cleaning. Every core component will be measured by OEM tolerance standard. Fatigued CVT belt, pressure cylinder, clutch friction discs will be scrapped directly instead of reconditioning. All sealing components including oil seals, gaskets are brand new OEM‑spec. Valve body solenoids will be tested one‑by‑one, defective solenoids get replaced. After assembly, every gearbox passes 15‑min pressure‑holding leak test, then run on dynamometer to simulate real driving condition to verify shifting performance, oil pressure and no error codes. Every unit is printed with unique traceability number for quality tracking and warranty claim.
Complete remanufactured VT5 transmission main assembly, full set new sealing gaskets and oil seals. Torque converter, external oil cooler can be purchased separately as optional accessories.
After physical installation on vehicle, CVT adaptive learning procedure must be completed via professional diagnostic scanner. Skipping calibration will cause harsh shift, slipping and may void product warranty. We supply English PDF instruction document plus short operation video for local repair technicians. If you meet tricky assembly problems, our technical team can offer remote technical support.
A: Our official warranty for remanufactured VT5 CVT transmission is calculated based on service time instead of vehicle driving mileage, which lasts 12 months starting from factory shipment date. Since we cannot track real‑world vehicle mileage for overseas B‑end wholesale shipments, mileage will not be adopted as the judging standard. This warranty covers manufacturing defects from our remanufacturing process, while damage caused by wrong CVT fluid, faulty installation, engine modification or improper driving operations is excluded. Please note the warranty only applies to the original B‑buyer. Valid photos, test reports and video evidence are required once you submit warranty claims for our VT5 gearbox units.
A: We maintain steady long‑term safety stock for remanufactured VT5 CVT assemblies, normally keeping 25‑40 finished ready‑to‑ship units on hand. The actual available quantity will fluctuate influenced by recent bulk order releases. If certain hardware revision versions run out of stock, our regular restocking production cycle takes 25‑35 working days. During peak sales seasons, the lead‑time may extend slightly due to heavy production load. We advise B‑end wholesale customers to inquire about real‑time inventory before placing orders. For large‑volume orders, we can reserve stock resources in advance to prevent delivery delays for your overseas projects.
A: For wholesale VT5 transmission orders arranged for split shipments, we support batch‑by‑batch balance settlement instead of full final payment before the first dispatch. You only need to settle the payment corresponding to each batch quantity before that batch leaves our factory. The initial deposit paid at order confirmation remains valid for the whole order. Please note all split shipment plans must be clearly stated and confirmed on the formal PI before production starts. This flexible term helps B‑end buyers optimize capital turnover. Any adjustment to batch quantity or delivery schedule needs mutual negotiation to avoid confusion on payment and cargo arrangement.
