Remanufactured GW7DCT2A02 7-Speed Wet Dual Clutch Transmission Assembly

This fully remanufactured complete GW7DCT2A02 seven-speed wet dual clutch transmission assembly is exclusively matched with Haval Jolion 1.5T turbo vehicle, official OEM part number: 1500000CDB223.

GW7DCT2A02 wet dual clutch gearbox is the core power transmission component of Haval Jolion 1.5T. Long-term heavy load driving will cause aging internal clutch friction plates, stuck valve body solenoids and oil leakage, further leading to shift jerk, gear slipping, sudden power loss and transmission fault alarm. Our remanufactured full transmission is completely pre-assembled, passed full-cycle hydraulic bench shift testing, can be directly plug-and-play replaced for overseas domestic brand auto repair shops, no extra disassembly and matching work required.

Warm Reminder: This full remanufactured gearbox only fits Haval Jolion 1.5T equipped with GW7DCT2A02 wet DCT, cannot interchange with dry DCT or other displacement DCT series gearboxes. Send full 17-digit VIN code for free compatibility verification before bulk orders to avoid mismatching losses.

1. Complete Disassembly & Sorting: Fully take apart old gearbox, separate all clutch, valve body, shaft, gear, bearing and seal accessories, screen out all severely worn and damaged parts for scrapping.
2. Deep Ultrasonic Cleaning: High-temperature ultrasonic cleaning to remove carbon deposits, oil sludge and metal impurities inside every reusable component.
3. Consumables Full Replacement: Replace all vulnerable consumables (seals, bearings, friction plates, solenoid gaskets) with brand-new OEM standard accessories.
4. Standard Torque Precision Assembly: All internal clutch drum, pressure cylinder, hydraulic valve body, differential assembly are installed with fixed torque to eliminate assembly clearance deviation.
5. Multi-Round Oil Leakage Inspection: Inject dedicated DCT transmission oil to check all oil passages, sealing surfaces and shaft ends to eliminate hidden leakage risks.
6. Full-Cycle Hydraulic Shift Bench Test: Simulate urban creep, rapid acceleration, uphill heavy load, high-speed cruise, complete full upshift & downshift cycle test to calibrate clutch hydraulic pressure.
7. Final Appearance & Complete Parts Counting: Inspect housing for casting cracks, check wiring harness, solenoid plug, cooling pipeline integrity.
8. Heavy-Duty Export Shockproof Packing: Whole gearbox wrapped with anti-rust film + thick customized shockproof foam + solid export wooden case, prevent aluminum housing collision deformation and solenoid plug damage during long ocean/land transportation.

• 1:1 Original Factory Full Assembly, Direct Plug-and-Play Installation

Housing outline, wiring harness interface, cooling pipe joint, fixing bolt hole positions fully consistent with OE gearbox. Repair shops only need to remove the faulty gearbox and install this whole unit, no extra disassembly, matching or calibration work, greatly cut overhaul labor time.

• Full Pre-Installed Internal Core Components, Zero Additional Parts Purchase

Dual clutch assembly, hydraulic valve body, pressure cylinder, differential, input/output shaft, solenoid unit all pre-installed, no need to buy separate valve body or clutch kits for matching.

• 100% Full Hydraulic Bench Test Before Delivery, Ultra-Low After-Sales Failure Rate

Every remanufactured transmission completes hundreds of shift cycle tests to adjust clutch combining pressure, eliminate shift jerk, slipping and slow gear engagement faults, stable performance for overseas high-temperature, hilly road driving scenarios.

• Wet Dual Clutch Design, Strong Heat Dissipation & Longer Service Life

Wet clutch soaked in transmission oil, better heat dissipation than dry DCT, adapt to frequent stop-start city roads and mountain heavy load climbing, effectively avoid clutch overheating ablation. All worn core parts replaced during remanufacturing, service life close to brand new transmission.

• Flexible Wholesale & Customization Support

1 unit minimum trial order, tiered volume discount for bulk purchase, neutral blank wooden case packaging and private brand/OE number printing service available, negotiable warranty policy for long-term partners.

1. Lift vehicle, fully drain original DCT transmission fluid, disconnect cooling oil pipes, battery wiring harness and gearbox solenoid plugs;
2. Remove transmission auxiliary brackets, suspension connecting parts, separate faulty GW7DCT2A02 gearbox from engine assembly;
3. Clean engine flywheel mounting plane, wipe metal sludge and residual old sealant completely;
4. Hoist remanufactured GW7DCT2A02 transmission assembly for alignment, evenly tighten fixing bolts by factory torque specification, reconnect all pipelines and wiring harness;
5. Refill dedicated wet dual clutch ATF, clear ECU fault codes, conduct full road test covering low-speed creep, rapid acceleration and uphill load to confirm smooth shifting without slipping, jerk or oil leakage.
