Description

This Auto Storage System is designed for cold storage warehouses, cold chain logistics, and low-temperature pallet automation. It is suitable for continuous pallet movement between inbound stations, outbound stations, buffer sections, transfer points, and multi-level storage areas. The system can be configured with chain conveyors, roller conveyors, lift transfer units, rack and pinion lifts, and pallet stacker cranes to build a cold storage warehouse automation solution.

For low-temperature operation, the chain conveyor supports -25℃ to 5℃, with load capacities of 500kg / 1000kg / 1200kg / 2000kg, conveying speeds of 12 / 14 / 16 m/min, and noise level ≤70 dB(A). The roller conveyor also supports -25℃ to 5℃ and is suitable for pallets, flat-bottom loads, profiles, and regular large goods. The lift transfer unit is used for pallet direction changing between conveyor lines, with 500kg–2000kg load options and a 5s/piece transfer cycle. The rack and pinion lift supports -25℃ to 0℃ low-temperature operation, 36 m/min lifting speed, and ±2 mm positioning accuracy. For high-bay pallet storage, the pallet stacker crane supports double-column structure, height up to 24 m, rated load up to 2000 kg, Industrial Ethernet communication with WMS, and laser or barcode positioning.
