Our Precision Cast Iron Split-Case Pump Castings are manufactured via advanced sand casting process, mainly using high-quality gray iron (HT250-HT300) and ductile iron (QT450-QT500). The castings feature excellent wear resistance, high rigidity and good sealing performance, thanks to precise molding and strict heat treatment to eliminate internal stress.
Widely used for municipal and industrial pumps, they are core components of split-case pumps, including pump casings, impellers and flanges.
