Under strong impact or extrusion, the surface of high manganese steel quickly forms a hardened layer (hardness can reach HB 500–550), while the core still maintains high toughness (elongation ≥20%), achieving the perfect combination of "external hardness and internal toughness" and effectively resisting impact fracture and abrasive wear.

Compared with high chromium cast iron or alloy steel, high manganese steel is less prone to crack propagation under repeated high-energy impact conditions, and is especially suitable for high-load equipment such as large impact crusher, hammer crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher.
Strict control of composition+investment casting process = uniform structure
Adopt electric arc furnace +LF refining+vacuum degassing triple melting to accurately control the proportion of C, Mn, Si and trace elements; Combined with water toughening heat treatment (solution treatment), the carbide is completely dissolved, a single austenite structure is obtained, and the potential of the material is maximized.
The service life is significantly prolonged and the comprehensive cost is lower.
The measured data show that under the same working conditions, the service life of our high manganese steel hammer can be more than 1.5–2 times that of ordinary high chromium hammer, which greatly reduces the frequency of downtime replacement and the crushing cost per ton of materials.
