Our cast steel shot castings are spherical metal abrasive media manufactured by cast steel process. Made from high-quality cast steel raw material, these steel shot feature uniform particle size, high hardness and outstanding wear resistance. It has strong impact force during shot blasting treatment, efficiently removing oxide scale, rust, sand residues on workpiece surface. The product can also realize surface peening to enhance the fatigue resistance of metal parts. Each batch of cast steel shot will go through hardness test, particle grading inspection and impurity detection to meet international industrial abrasive standards.
Different grain sizes are available to match different working conditions, including coarse shot for heavy descaling and fine shot for fine polishing. Compared with other abrasive materials, cast steel shot has long service life and low consumption rate, which greatly reduces production cost for shot blasting workshops. We support customized particle size and hardness according to customers’ technical requirements. It can be applied in automatic shot blasting machines and manual sandblasting cabinets.
