Bakery Oven For heating Paper Cup Tunnel oven for Foaming paper cup
This tunnel oven is suitable for foaming paper cups used in beverages and instant noodles. After the paper cups are formed, high-temperature foaming is required to achieve the effect of heat insulation.
The formed paper cup molds are transported one by one to the paper cup placing machine through the vacuum pipe. The paper cups are rotated and dropped onto the oven in-feed platform. After being baked in the oven, they are flattened and transported to the paper cup collecting machine through the vacuum pipe one by one. After the whole strip is put down, they are entered into the packaging machine.
The industrial hot-air tunnel oven developed by SAIMAI can make the paper cups evenly foam. The cup placing machine and the paper cup collecting machine make the whole process automatic without manual operation, which improves the production efficiency and reduces the waste rate.
